Accommodating up to 10 guests across three spectacular storeys, SAGRES offers two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and three queen bedrooms. Kitchen, living and dining areas invite casual entertaining and conviviality, while rumpus rooms filled with treasures beckon to young and old alike. Two outdoor decks featuring a barbeque area, bathtub and double-head showers create truly beachside living spaces.
Beyond SAGRES, take the private track to Nuns Beach, or make the most of a cosmopolitan lifestyle in nearby Point Lonsdale, where fine dining options and coastal activities abound.
THE STORY
The house was built in 1991 by Lady Clarke to accommodate the Clarke’s family holidays by the beach.
Sagres is a modest, contemporary abode distinctively designed by the late architect Wayne Gillespie. This incredible three-story house overlooks the picturesque water of Nuns Beach and the heads of Port Phillip Bay, providing breathtaking views of the sea and the ships as they make their way out of Melbourne and Geelong Ports.
Sagres has been updated in 2022 to embrace the modern era whilst remaining in check with Wayne’s architectural vision.
THE
MINERAL POOL
We are pleased to officially launch the Sagres Mineral Pool, nestled in the native landscaped private garden.
The pool is heated to 28 degrees from October to April. The white-tiled mineral pool encompasses the Amalfi vibe while being fun, functional and entertaining. The pool furniture uses Eco Outdoor daybeds, Business and Pleasure umbrellas, and pool toys.
The addition of the mineral pool provides all-day fun and entertainment for families staying at the property.
